Trauma tool kit

As I shared, I experienced a trauma setback. So what did I do? Along with a friend, I went to Union Square in San Francisco where I live. They were having an outdoor dance party.  I danced “as if no one were watching”. It worked.  Dancing for me is as writing for Anne Frank.
