This is a simple process for mindful relaxation.

Using a watercolor crayon/marker gently touch your paper. {select a soothing color}

On your next in-breath begin to move your marker across the page. Change directions on the out-breath without lifting up you marker. Make continuous marks on each in and out breath for ten to twenty breaths. Try to slow the breath down and relax.

Next, brush water on to the random marks. Slowly tilt the page allowing the water to swirl through your watercolor. Keep tilting and turning your page until all the water is absorbed into the paint marks.

Let the paper dry completely. You might want to use the design as a background for an inspiring quote.
